We do not accept product returns.  

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping you have the option of receiving a free replacement order or a full refund for damaged items. Photos of damaged items are required to receive a refund.*

*This excludes shipments delivered to incorrect address due to a move and lack of forwarding, incorrect address entered when ordering or product neglect such as washing with laundry or being left in extreme heat.
